Lead content development and strategy for QuickBooks.com as well as the overarching QuickBooks brand. Partner closely with internal and external design, research, dev, and marketing leads to create branded experiences that deliver results. Responsible for shaping and implementing voice & tone system across entire QuickBooks ecosystem.

Organic, Inc., San Francisco, CA — Senior Copywriter: March 2016 – November 2016 
Led copy efforts for a variety of Wells Fargo and American Family Insurance campaigns and digital experiences. Crafted, edited, and collaborated on new business pitches and internal branding and identity exploration. 

Esurance, San Francisco, CA — Copywriter: June 2013 – March 2016
Created sponsorship campaigns and on-site activations, concepted and crafted messaging for both print and digital media, delicately crammed tons of information into 140 characters, and acted as a "friendly expert" over at the Esurance blog.
Sponsorships included Major League Baseball, Golden State Warriors, SXSW, US Open, and the SF 49ers.

Digitas, Detroit, MI — Copywriter: March 2011 – June 2013
Crafted web, direct, and mobile copy for OnStar and General Motors. Pitch work included eBay Motors, NCAA, Taco Bell, and Reebok.
